Why is a time when we have no funds not the time to start thinking about
obtaining some?  Perhaps establsh a goal and a strategy?

And is this solely the FC's decision to make?

Perhaps I am so happy to finally see someone in the role so many years
after the charter was approved, that I am hoping the enumerated
responsibilities of the FC also start to be covered.
