Given how late we're in the process, we don't have time to
organize a vote or anything like that, so I propose we just
submit all NCSG members who've applied. That would be:

Isaque Manteiga Joaquim (Mozambique)
Jeremy Malcolm (Malaysia)
Arsene Tungal (Congo)
Renata Aquino Riberto (Brazil)
Wisdom Kwasi Donkor (Ghana)

Anybody still missing?
