IGF workshops - URGENT

I'd like to bring up opportunities via the Global Cities Team Challenge
(GCTC) <http://www.globalcityteams.org>
I'd do so as part of the non-profit US Ignite.  There is some movement to
creating an international version of US Ignite to be called Ignite Mundial.
