While I very much agree we should be satisficed with what has been
achieved, we must remember that it could all be warped and damaged by
implementation.  If over a decade in ICANN has taught me anything is the
awesome power in the hands of those who actually implement policies. 
Often what is deployed retains very little resemblance to what we
thought we achieved.

This was a first step. An big and important step, but so much further to
go before we can rest.
