Morocco visas - URGENT

OK, got clarification:

"IF you will require a visa upon arrival to attend the ICANN
Marrakech meeting, you will need to submit your request by: 12
February 2016, 17:00 UTC. Any requests after this date AND time will
NOT be honored."

So this indeed applies only to those who need a visa but can't
get it before arriving in Marrakech.
