Multistakeholder Ethos Award 2017: Nominations

+1 to the proposal of nominating Rafik.

Now, who is going to lodge the [nomination form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdTSsZbHI2sw4NSGQYyeL0vcSg4-RhyIHwUrQY3qLkhxmZWBA/viewform?c=0&w=1)? (Or should we fill them in individually, so that the selection committee has a number of personal anecdotes to consider?)
