I would like to thank Olevie Kouami for nominating me for a second term as Chair and all others who've expressed their support for me, and, despite some misgivings I've decide to accept the nomination.

My apologies for taking so long, but the decision was more difficult than I thought it would be.

Anyway, if I'm re-elected, I hope to do better than last year.
