Nomination of Joan Kerr

Dear All,

I am honored to nominate Joan Kerr for the NCSG on the GNSO Council.

Over the years I work with her she has proven to be one of the most
rational, intelligent and skilled person I know. I think she is definitely
the voice that is missing in the GNSO and will be a great representatives
of this stakeholder interests. Her work on civil society issues speak for
themselves. She will bring a much needed friendly air among NCSG in the
place we need it the most.

Joan, I hope you accept this nomination.
