Hi,

I am planning on writing a personal set of comments, but I don't know if

a. NCSG cares or find it in their scope

b. is interested in submitting something.

But once I start am willing to make it a group project if there is
interest. 

Perhaps it can end up a signon type of comment, especially if it is out
of scope for the group or we cannot come to consensus on comments.

Just a reminder that a  document containing a listing of the ideas and
suggestions that came out of the IGF Retreat is available on the IGF
Website and is open for comment.

I would be grateful if you could all through your respective stakeholder
groups and channels advertise this community consultation so, that we
can give everybody who is interested the opportunity to submit their
comments, as this is a community driven process. The deadline for
