I see no reason why NCUC/NCSG should not buy in with this great initiatives
but if insisted, individual and organization that think it's a good idea
should go ahead and endorse it. <period>
Note: Without infrastructure and access, we won't be here discussing policy
or policies.
Therefore, I endorse it.
