Nonetheless, its a good campaign particularly in the context of Africa, but it seems to be not directly related to the scope of NCUC/NCSG. 
+1 on individual level though.

We have been asked to support #Internet4all campaign as explained
below. NCSG Executive Committee wants to hear members' opinions,
should we sign it as NCSG or not. Whether you think we should or not,
feel free to simply indicate your preference ("yes", "no", "+1", "-1")
or explain it more verbosely, as you like.

In any event our members can sign it individually if they so
choose.

If you have any questions about it, Farell Folly is on this
list and should be able to answer them better than I can.

Considering the next World Economic Forum that will take place in Kigali on
the 11-13 May with a spirit based on the country's traditional culture:
"Umuganda" (coming together in common purpose to achieve an outcome), the
