Invitation to join the #Internet4All campaign

[Arsène Tungali]

I personally plan on attending this event and luckily be part of this
initiative on personal capacity as an Internet Governance actor, mainly
from a civil society point of view.

Plus, i am young :). I would push for ncsg to endorse if icann
regional staff are planning to officially be there.

Also would like to know if ncuc has never involved itself in anything else
not domain related (as asked by GG).
