Welcoming new members to Non-commercial Stakeholder Group : October 2015 at Dublin Meeting

I am very happy to join Rafik in welcoming our new members.

At the same time I'd like to congratulate Rafik for his last meeting
as NCSG chair and indeed for his remarkably succesful two years in the
role.

Well done! My only concern is that I'll have hard time
filling Rafik's boots: you've set a high bar for me.
