Fwd: EFF's comments on WHOIS Conflicts of Law

Many thanks to NCSG member Jeremy Malcolm for EFF's excellent comments 
on the WHOIS Conflicts with law procedures (attached).  We will be 
preparing the NCSG comments shortly, but I doubt we can say it 
better....volunteers to help with this would be welcome.
