[Info] Background paper : ALAC Review of Sensitive TLDs and necessary PICs

Hi everyone,

we had our meeting with ALAC today morning and we discussed about public
interest commitments in new gTLD contracts.
They shared with us their background paper and list of TLDs they think
should be reviewed and part of the list made by the GAC. please find the
paper attached.
we shared some views in the meeting but the discussion is still going on,
