Dear NCSG members
My apologies for not inviting contributions from the full membership 
list, to this comment on the GNSO review document.  We have all been 
rather busy, and due to the latest of the submission of a draft, the 
Policy Committee was unable to approve these comments as a consensus 
document.  If you agree with the comments expressed and would like to 
sign on, please let me know, we will be sending additional signatures 
after the deadline of 23:59 UTC today.

Please find attached the template and a short comment, sent on behalf of
a few members of the NCUC/NCSG.  Unfortunately, many members of our
teams were either completely tied up with CWG/Accountability work, or on
holiday.There may be additional signatures arriving after the close of
comments, but it proved to be too difficult to achieve a consensus document.
