Accountability Statement [with apologies for x-posting]

Estimates, wanted to congratulate Icann performance in Buenos Aires, and
the efforts to maintain the model of multiple stakeholders in Internet
governance, making it free, open, inclusive, stable and permanent for all
users, working between all for the common good, and a balance between
business and human rights.
