Hi,

I thnk the analysis misses the connection between HR and PI and
describes them as somehow separate.  I beleive that we have no
possiblity of PI without first having HR as the core of the process.  I
do not beleive they can separated or dealt with in isolation.

I also believe that trying to define a just society is a far larger task
that goes far beyond any possible version of the ICANN remit.
