The independent examiner conducting the GNSO Review, Westlake 
Governance, will present their initial observations and findings in the 
form of working text at this meeting.  The GNSO Review Working Party 
will have until 20 March to provide feedback and comments to the 
Westlake team.   Draft Report is expected from Westlake at the end of 
April, to be posted for Public Comment.
