[Info] Non-Contracted Party house meeting in Washington DC 12&13 January 2014

Hi everyone,

As you may saw lately in the list, we are discussing about 2 days meeting
in DC next week Monday and Tuesday for the Non-contracted party house which
include NCSG and CSG. this kind of gathering is an opportunity for us ,
non-commercial, to work with our counterpart in some common ground and also
raising where we have disagreement.

While the page list details about remote participation for plenaries, for
the NCSG sessions only , remote participation information will be shared
later by Maryam. our members can follow remotely the meeting through those
channels.

We worked on updating the format of the meeting compared to the first
intercessional in 2013 : in that edition , it was more briefings from ICANN
staff and we have little time to discuss with CSG. we are aiming this time
to get the NCPH discussing directly , while also having session with the
ICANN CEO too,

For the NCSG confcall this friday andsince the GNSO confcall agenda
includes mostly update (no motion on table to vote),  we will shift our
focus to  discuss about the NCPH meeting and how we proceed there during
the call. so we will explain the context of the meeting, what we want to
achieve and what challenges we may have there.

updates and any relevant info will be shared in due time before the
meetings.
