[Confcall] NCSG Policy meeting Tuesday 14th April 21:00UTC

thanks for the comments.
maybe to clarify for everyone about the context. we usually held our NCSG
monthly call in Tuesday preceding the GNSO council call so people can get
used to this pattern. the time slot is selected with constraints like
avoiding any overlap with GNSO WG confcall, having time rotation and so on
. however, since the beginning of CWG & CCWG more and more time slots are
used by those 2 groups and their several offsprings aka sub-teams and
design teams. for next week, the CWG on IANA is planning 2 intense days in
Monday and Tuesday, and they just shared their schedule few hours ago. it
sounds that currently Tuesday 21:00UTC is not overlapping with CWG or CCWG
calls or a GNSO WG. Moving to Wednesday raises another issue: it is too
close to GNSO council call .

I think we should keep the tentative time for next Tuesday.
@Carlos do you have other timeslots to propose?
