Hi 

I agree that the old timers who have found our way should do more to help. Then again we are mostly running around insanely doing stuff. So we forget, until someone reminds us we should do more.

I recommend that more people attend the gnso (generic name supporting organization) monthly intro webinars. A few experienced gnso members do those with staff. This list is always notified.  I have done several, but we rarely have more than a few participants. 

I also hear the experts of the EWG (expert working group on whois and other registrant directory mechanisms) did a webinar wether almost none of us attended. (Not even me)

For myself, I remain willing to explain anything I understand to anyone who asks.

Being a few years old new comer, I can say I feel completely lost with acronyms and the ICANN organisation. I guess others like me could want to get more involved but are lost not really getting what's going on.

I admit I could have dogged and found by myself but as we are all volunteer here, it needs more incitement.
