[Important ] 2014 NCSG Annual Election Results

Congratulations to the elected councilors and chair, and thanks
to all candidates for volunteering for a seldom grateful task.

As a marginal note, there is a bug in the program making the
tally: if 119 ballots were cast, it's imposible to have 167 votes
in the most simple election (chair, 155 ayes, 17 naughts), or
137 for the most voted candidate for councilor. Does anyone
have an explanation for this mistery?
