Preparation for ICANN LA meeting starting / LA HIGH-INTEREST TOPIC SESSION

There is a considerable degree of overlap among topics. For instance, in 7
and 11 it seems that what we are really choosing is our prefered framing of
the issue. The list could be trimmed down to a third making voting
easier...

As the list stands, I would go for 6, 7 and "Human Rights considerations at
ICANN", as proposed by Avri and supported by others.
