[Important] NCSG Election started - don't forget to vote before 14th September

Hi Everyone,

The 2014 NCSG Annual Election just started, so please cast your ballot if
you have not already done so.

If you "checked-in" and are on the  voter list

(status= "active") you should have received an email ballot from
*tally at icann.org
<tally at icann.org>* *on 1st September 2014* (search your spam filters and
email folders to look for it).  The email ballot has the subject line "Ballot
for NCSG Election, 01 September 2014".  Please cast your ballot by
responding to that email message.

*If you are on the Active Members List, and you did not receive an email
ballot, and you did not find the ballot after searching your system, please
send an email to Glen de Saint Gery at *gnso.secretariat at gnso.icann.org  to
help sort it out.

The NCSG election closes on 14 September 2014 - [24:00 UTC] so please vote
at your earliest opportunity.

Some instruction about the vote:
- you will receive the email ballot from tally at icann.org to the email you
used for the check-in process.
- the system will send several reminders even if you voted already.
- For example if you are asked to vote for FOUR of the following candidates
and you vote for FIVE, the ballot will be discarded manually at the end
tally.
- When a reminder is sent out and if you vote a second time, the last cast
ballot only will be counted and the previous one will not be counted but
marked as a duplicate.
