Hi

One can chat behind the scenes with those who can speak.  And when they
are cooperative, or they agree with you, they can inject a thought you
want injected into the meeting.

Before being elected back onto the G-council I always listened in to the
council calls if I could, and chatted with some of the NCSG council
members making suggestions etc. 

At if things really go badly and you can't get you message in real time
any other way, you can shout at them using Twitter.
