Draft agenda & invitation to participate: NCSG Policy Committee meeting

I watched the session tonight (tomorrows!) and the transmission was
excellent. no lag, good audio (after beginning glitch)... Will you be able
to have the same tech set up?  cause whatever it was worked fine.
