Joint SO/AC/SG Statement on IANA

Hi Rafik

Can we please add this to the agenda of Sunday’s NCSG PC meeting?  In AOB if necessary.  We should come to consensus both on a possible joint statement (minimalist thing welcoming NTIA changes, saying we need an inclusive community process for next steps etc) so that can go out by the end of Singapore if other silos agree; and our own statement, which can (and draft we’ve discussed, does) go further if people feel that’s advisable at this stage.
