GNSO background briefing documents in preparation for Singapore

Hello everyone,

some background reading material before Singapore meeting , about some GNSO
working group and ongoing policy process. short document with concise
description and indication on how to participate. good to grasp quickly
what is happening there.

BTW the first working session of the GNSO in saturday 22nd March will
include updates of those working groups.

we also get briefing in NCSG monthly call from NCSG members participating
in those WG  (thanks again for volunteering!)
