Stakeholder Group/Constituency Informal discussion* (cocktail) in
*Sovereign* at  *18:00-19:00.*

This informal discussion is in preparation for the Council meeting on
Wednesday, after the Stakeholder day meetings.  Please inform your
respective groups.
