Fwd: 27 February 2014 - WGEC - full day transcript

Hi,

Actually there has been a lot of good humor and collegiality.

So joyous it might not have been, but it was done with humor and
respect. (with minor exceptions)

We have learned a lot about each others' sticking points. Perhaps
intervening events may help modulate some of the instructions some
participants are under.

We are now planning a follow-up (7-9 May). I don't know how I am going
to fund participating, but I will find a way to keep up the effort.
This is too important to give up. I will be working on write up in the
next week or so. Sorry it may not be immediate but other writing
challenges like NetMundial are in the queue.
