Good question, which we tend to forget; the subject applies to both sides;
the organisation(staff/board) and the non-staff(community) both need some
consciousness of PI.  While putting PI in definitive terms on paper may not
be effective in a practical sense, creating processes that encourages
implementation of PI morally may be more effective.
