[Comment] NCSG draft statement for CCWG on IANA transition proposal

Hi everyone,

we discussed in yesterday call  (find the recordings and transcripts
beloww) the IANA transition working group proposal and the draft NCSG
comment (

.
 The NCSG statement was sent previously to the NCSG members list and
several comments were added and resolved. the current version was sent to
NCSG policy committee for review and endorsement. we have to submit the
comment by 22nd Dec.
Thanks to those who worked in the comment and supported it.
