NCSG comments on IANA transition plan

The CWG chairs have released a “key questions and issues” document about the IANA proposal they are developing. I have attached it here for those interested. If you read it, and then read our comments, you might be in a better position to assess some of the issues we are discussing.

Thanks for the reminder and drafting, hopefully we can get the clean version and resolve all comments. and yes members should take a look there.
since we have 15th Dec as deadline (next monday), NCSG policy committee will have to act swiftly and endorse the statement in due time

The document containing our response to the CWG-IANA draft plan has been taking shape; thanks a lot to Matthew, Amr, Brenden, Seun and Joy.
