Iana transition coordination group charter

The IANA stewardship transition coordination group is asking for comments if you think there is something seriously wrong with the draft charter.
I think the charter is fine as it stands, and am particularly happy with the accountability language, so if you want to comment approvingly that is great too.

There is a very short timeline for comment, due to the fact that the draft has been circulating for 3 weeks already, so if you want to comment do it quick.
