ICANN proposal for NTIA transition published

Hi everyone,

here we go with the latest announcement regarding the ICANN proposal for
transition process

skimming quickly the proposal, I see some concerns already about the
settings e.g. the steering group.
we have an opportunity to comment by 8th May, quite tight timeline since
there is netmundial this month.
