ICANN's violation of corporate bylaws by imposing TM+50 policy without following proper process

All,

Attached is our submission to ICANN Legal Dept. (as it requested) regarding the ICANN board-staff adopting the "Trademark+50 Policy" in contradiction to the bottom-up policy process mandated by ICANN's bylaws. This Cooperative Engagement Process (CEP) briefing leads to an Independent Review Process with the ultimate aim of reigning-in this out-of-control ICANN staff in its top-down policymaking. Next step is for ICANN legal dept. to reply in writing and explain its interpretation of the bylaws (which it will claim allows it to do it as it pleases). Personally I can't wait for that read.

Thanks,
Robin
