Hi Avri,

Thanks for posting this.

Given their history of special privilege it's a bit amusing for members of
the IPC to be leading the charge to restore proper balance to the MS model
but...

It's a good statement and I'd suggest we support it. A bit narrower than I
like, not sure the policy emphasis is appropriate...still, it is a
reasonable effort to restrain the GAC by people with a history of having
success in getting what they want from ICANN. That's all positive and
reason enough to lend them our support.
