Comment Forum Opened on Beijing GAC Communique, which proposes to re-write new gtld policy and turn ICANN into Internet content regulators

ICANN has opened a public comment forum opening on the Beijing GAC  
communique:
  http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-23apr13-en.htm

Initial comment period closes 14 May.  Reply comment period closes 4  
June 2013.

We'll need to be sure to get some comments in regarding the "advice"  
in the GAC's communique.
