ICANN auto-deference to law enforcement agencies

Iraqi law enforcement agencies are involved in the systematic and  
deadly persecution of gay men and women there, a BBC investigation  
has revealed:

Sometimes ICANN needs reminding why it should not automatically give  
"law enforcement agencies" everything they want in ICANN policy matters.
