Nomination of Norbert Klein to NCUC Executive Committee - Asia Representative

Dear All,

It is my honor to nominate Norbert Klein of Cambodia for the NCUC  
Executive Committee Asia representative.

Norbert Klein is one of the founders of NCUC and is widely considered  
to be the "Father of the Internet" in Cambodia, having developed  
among other things, one of the first web browsers to help Cambodians  
access the Internet.
