nomination acceptance

Thank you to Alex for the nomination and to all the others who posted  
kind endorsements for me to run as NCSG Chair for a 2nd and final  
term.  I am honored by the support and humbly accept the nomination.   
If elected, I hope to use this next year to grow and strengthen  
noncommercial users' participation in ICANN policy-making.
