My opinion on the Consumer Constituency

I relate to this. The idea is not only to further fragment
Noncommercial Constituency but also an effort to lessen its authority
to speak on behalf of consumers by literally "removing the carpet from
right under our feet" - I read it as yet another weakening, 'silo'
approach to addressing interconnected public interest. But remember
that it could have been worse - if had actually been funded by
commercial interests... I have seen it!
