Dear All:

Please mark your availability from 10-16 August 2009 for  
participation in the monthly NCUC Constituency Meeting:

The Doodle poll will close on 2 August 2009, so please mark your  
availability before then.  I'll send out a note on 3 August to  
announce the final date of the meeting.

We'll use Elluminate online meeting software again, so you'll need an  
Internet connection to participate in the meeting.

A link to participate in the meeting will be sent out about a week  
before the meeting together with a draft discussion agenda.
