Issues Report on Vertical Integration Between Registries and Registrars

As the person who requested Friday's session I'm embarrassed that I didn't
attend. I was available
but just got distracted by the openny conference happening simultaneously.

I hope it was valuable,and still look to be further educated on the issue.

My understanding all along was that this was applicable to new gTLDs only.
