Great job putting together the letter.

There is one typo, Point IV paragraph starting with "Thirdly..."
missing space between "managing" and "the".

I agree with this approach to get the *full" Board attention
about this matter, but, what alternative actions remain if
the board does not grant the three requests ?

I don't think we have to give up and not have any *real*
representation of non-commercial users at ICANN.
