LSE review of the GNSO: when will it be completed?

This is all rumor, murmered in the hallways, but the word is that the
report has been turned in, some people have seen it and didn't like it,
and revisions are being made.

Could one of our council members please ask on the GNSO list for a 
progress report on the GNSO Review.  Specifically, when will the 
London School of Economics (LSE) Public Policy Group provide a report?
