particiation at 23-25 Feb GNSO mtg in DC

NCUCers,

I won't be able to attend the new 23-25 February GNSO meeting in 
Washington DC on IDNs because I'll be in Geneva for WIPO meetings then.

But council members can designate other constituency representatives to 
attend this meeting in our stead.

Do we have others in the DC area then who are available and willing to 
attend this meeting on behalf of NCUC?
