I propose Horacio Cadiz, Philippine Network Foundation, Inc (PHNET)
for either a regional (AP) representative position on the Executive
Committee, or a position on the Names Council.

I would like Horacio to select which position he feels confident
with, I think he has abilities for both, but realize the names
council position requires significantly more work and perhaps expense.
