I agree with Caleb that we should avoid duplicating the new gTLD<br>
discussion already planned for NPOC.<br>

For the NCSG session, I suggest focusing on safeguards in DNS abuse<br>
mitigation, particularly how to protect legitimate nonprofit domains<br>
from unjustified suspension. Notice, proportionality and accessible<br>
appeal mechanisms would be useful points to discuss with the PDP<br>
leadership and relevant ICANN staff.<br>
